This is an 11 month project in Augusta, ME. *Details are provided below.* *Please indicate on the resume the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) and Women, Infants & Children (WIC) experience.* * * *Position:* *Program Manager* *# of Openings:* 1 *Start Date:* ASAP *Duration:* 11 month (renewals) *Location:* Augusta, ME *Rate:* $50 max *Short Description: * The Program Manager is responsible for managing the WIC EBT planning project. *Complete Description*: The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. This position is required by the USDA FNS grant funder to manage the Planning project which will result in a IAPD submittal to fund the implementation of WIC EBT across the state of Maine. The planning project is anticipated to follow an iterative project lifecycle pattern adapted from the Open Source Rational Unified Process, referred to as OpenUP, which is: Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. Multiple iterations will occur in each phase of the analysis effort. Each of the planned work areas will move through these four phases producing interim deliverables. The last work area will collect all prior work products and produce the final deliverables for the project.
