Configuration of the ProactiveNet components including ProactiveNet Analysis Servers and Agent/Proxies in a Microsoft Clustered environment b. Devise and execute quality assurance test scripts c. Integration with BMC BEM, Portal, HP BAC and BPM Agents d. Configuration of High Availability e. Configure Monitoring and Threshold design patterns 3. Expert knowledge of BMC SIM a. Configuration of the SIM components including SIM Cells, Service Model Editor/Impact Model Creation b. Devise and execute quality assurance test scripts c. Integration to BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping Configuration d. Design and creation of service models 4. Strong knowledge of BMC BEM a. Configuration of the BEM components including BEM Cells, Portal and Portal Configuration Manager, and Remote Service Managers. b. Development of rules and policies based on defined event sources c. Devise and execute quality assurance test scripts d. Development of centralized auto-recovery routines e. Integration with Remedy ITSM 5. Strong knowledge of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping Configuration a. Configuration of ADDM including discovered targets and schedules b. Integration with Atrium CMDB c.
