H1 is acceptable MANDATORY EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES NOT MEETING ALL OF THE MANDATORY EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION 1. Eight (8) years experience developing large scale application systems in a multi-tiered environment, at least four (4) years of which must be in a JAVA/J2EE environment. 2. Four (4) years experience developing and deploying large scale applications in a multi-tiered environment using an Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture. 3. Skill and experience in enterprise use of Rational Application Developer and/or Rational Software Architect for UML modeling (including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and statecharts), and developing J2EE applications and web services. 4. Two (2) years working experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server. 5. Two (2) years experience with and knowledge of XML, XML Schema, and XSL stylesheet development. ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS Candidates must also have three (3) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position. 1. Familiar with Software Change, Configuration Management, and Build Processes in a complex environment of re-useable Java components. Experience in the use of Subversion as a change management tool in IBM Rational Application Developer or Eclipse, and Maven for building complex applications. 2. Experience developing SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functions in Oracle. 3. Experience in distributed technology with recent emphasis on server-side technologies, including EJB, JPA, JAX-WS Web Services and SOA, and JAXB XML binding. 4. Familiar with Full life cycle software development experience of large-scale enterprise applications (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing). 5. Experience with NIEM/GJXDM-compliant XML. 6. Familiar with criminal justice business processes and terminology.
