INTERVIEW TYPE: TELEPHONIC and IN-PERSON 1) Position: Title: Sr SAP BW/BOBJ Developer Location: Louisville, KY Duration: 6-12 Months Description: Looking for an experienced BW/BOBJ developer to help us with project deliverables and to transfer knowledge to client personnel. Specifically in the area of front ending a BW query with Xcelsius and Crystal. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical skills with the BW query designer, Xcelsius, and Crystal Reports. In addition, this person must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to transfer knowledge to client personnel. Technical Requirements * Must have 5+ years experience with SAP BW query/web application design. * 5 years of general BW experience with queries using 3.5 and 7.0. * Experience using complex, restricted key figures and calculated key figures. * Experience writing user exits for query variables and virtual key figures. * Experience building BEx workbooks and knowledge of the BEx broadcaster. * 2+ years of direct experience using Crystal Reports against SAP BW queries (MDX driver). * Experience designing dashboards using Xcelsius 2008 (BW 7.0 EHP1 & BICS preferred) * Using Xceslius against SAP BW queries using BICS is preferred, but a strong knowledge of Xcelsius is more important especially if they can provide examples. Skills & Responsibilities * Able to understand and apply BW data modeling while solving complex business problems * Able to work on reporting projects with little or no supervision * Create documentation and training materials for end users * Provide knowledge transfer and training to other BW team members in a classroom setting * Possess strong business analyst skills and able to manage small projects 2) Position: Title: SAP BW Developer Location: Louisville, KY Duration: 12 Months Description: We are looking and experienced BW ETL person to lead sourcing data in near real-time using BW's RDA functionality. The source system will be MS SQL Server and the target is BW. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical skills with using RDA in a production environment. Also the ability to communicate both verbally and written any best practices is a must.
