Position : Senior Level Oracle DBA
Location : Redwood Shores, CA. (south of San Francisco)
Duration : six months
Start : 12/6/10
We need a senior level Oracle DBA to work on-site at DreamWorks to assist in
planning and managing their Oracle environment as it evolves and grows.
Ideally they want local candidates from the Northern California area…
*Skills Required:*
· Senior Oracle DBA Capabilities and experience
· Hands on experience with deployment and administration of *Oracle ASM*
· Experience with *Oracle 11g deployments and upgrades* from previous
versions
· Experience with *Oracle sizing and profiling*
· Experience with assisting *migration* teams when planning database
upgrades,
*migrations* and changes
· Experience with *Oracle database architecture*
· *Oracle RAC* experience including *architecture, implementation,
administration *and
* troubleshooting*
· Resource should be equipped with HP Brand laptop.
