·          Remedy Specialty areas using ITIL best practices - Incident/Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and SLA.

·          Experience in Configuring Change Management, Helpdesk and Asset Management applications using Remedy Configuration Manager and BMC Atrium CMDB.

·          Good Understanding in Systems Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation and Documentation.

·          Good understanding of Remedy Mid-tier system, Web Services, Crystal Report.
