Product support analyst would support a collection of IT Security tools included in the Global Security Access Management (GSAM) Suite. Design, develop and implement changes to the GSAM Suite as a member of the Access Management Team. Isolate and resolve application and native infrastructure problems. Support and resolve access management requests and associated tools. Must be well versed in aspects of IBM Lotus Notes development, testing, debugging and application support. Support and resolve issues in corrupted or non-synchronized data stored in GSAM, N3M Workforce (IQN), EID, Directory Services, Global Workforce Network (GWN) and related systems. Provide support to the IT Helpline for access management tools (designed internally using Lotus Notes 8, Notrix with DB2 and SQL databases).
