Subject: Infrastructure PM requirement Duration 1 year Location: Mooresville, NC Skills and Experience: Experienced development PM, agile or iterative experience a plus. eCommerce or web development experience preferred. • Seven to ten years of systems development experience with increasing levels of management responsibility • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or comparable job-related experience is required • Strong understanding of large-scale commerce enabled web properties • Demonstrable ability to successfully deliver web-based applications • Demonstrable ability to successfully deliver technical solutions to business problems • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills • Demonstrable communication skills • Demonstrable planning skills • Strong prioritization skills • Demonstrable knowledge of quality standards • Demonstrable knowledge of IT methodology • Demonstrable knowledge of office suite products and project planning tools Responsibilities: Drive the execution and delivery of multiple solutions Develop workplan with Design manager Work with Solutions project manager to include engineering plan in the overall work plan Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues Proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders Identify, manage and mitigate project risk Ensure that the solution is of acceptable quality Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time Conducts weekly status meetings with Engineers Communicate engineering status to the solution team Update work plan as necessary Works with Engineers to resolve open execution issues Escalates design issues to the Design Manager Scope and Additional Information: Primary responsibility is to serve as an IT Project Manager supporting IT Engineering project/program related tasks for the Services Platform SP7. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with IT project managers to develop and maintain a consolidated project work plan, resource planning (including professional services, hardware and software), coordinating equipment build activities, attending key program meetings, documenting key issues and escalating accordingly, communicating to key stakeholders within the Program about critical decisions and ensuring timely completion of those decisions.
