Skills: System Design (AD) Testing (BA) ODBC Object Oriented Databases Oracle Data Mapping Object Oriented Analysis SQL UNIX Shell Scripts Technical Skills and Experience: * Create technical specifications for developers -- Mandatory, 3 - 5 years * Working knowledge of vb.net -- Mandatory * Proven experience in overseeing the design development and implementation of software -- Mandatory * Experience with Data mapping and importing data -- 2 - 4 years * Experience with Data Analysis and data manipulation 2 - 4 years * Knowledge of Honeywell Process Control Systems would be an asset * Strong ability to identify, interpret, and document data flows and workflows * General knowledge of Application Interfacing and Integration tools and techniques; use of BizTalk , messaging, and FTP protocols. Soft Skills and Experience: . Strong experience in working both on-site and virtually with Business, IT, Operational staff, project team members, and vendors; . Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Possesses strong personal attributes in gathering information from a wide range of organizational staff, IT, and external Vendors . Strong experience in leading Systems Requirements information gathering project activities, defining requirements, transforming requirements into functional and technical specifications, preparing Use Cases, identifying data error handling & correction routines, and documentation of test results. . Highly organized business acumen with strong experience in MS Office suite applications and Visio . Demonstrated ability and experience working as a key contributor, SME, and project team member in global business systems projects.
