Desired Job Profile:-
*Candidate must be a Graduate.
* Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools (i.e.: DICE, Monster,
Corp-Corp etc.)
*Good Sales Contacts
*Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and
negotiate rates
*Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets
through various job sites, referrals.
*Organizing documentation work involving contract agreements with
candidates/vendors/clients
*Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such
info.
*Should have knowledge/worked on various IT Technologies.
*Highly motivated and results-oriented Individual.
*Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
