Looking for someon who can be adaptable and can deliver.  Not someone who is only comfortable in a waterfall type of environment.  They are testing without requirements – have to be very adaptable / agile.  Be able to step up and take over.  Need to genuinely understand the nuts and bolts of automated testing- not just executing the scripts, but doing the descriptive programming (_vbscript_ing) to build the components / define the logical pieces.  Experience testing C/C++ environment, strong querying skills, and good data driven testing / data validation will set someone up for success to learn the products.  Need to have the mindset to be able to offer solutions.  SOLID QTP and preferable some experience with BPT as well.
