Description : This is 3+ months in either Rochester, NY Rate is Market Need to have healthcare background- Will hire on phone screen Systems analyst background needed Please read the description and match the skills This Systems Developer will be responsible to document and build the necessary Membership Interface and assist and take the lead on the internal database code and tasking logic w/in maxMC. They will serve a dual role in that they will also assist on the Letter Server Project w/ regards to the DB builds. Gathers, documents and articulates information from the Business and System reqmts documents to create a complete technical reqmt. Provides assistance to IT personnel and business partners Participate in process improvement initiatives. Conducts Interviewing sessions w/ small to large groups Development of Code Programming in Various Languages Technology Related • Knowledge and experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle • Advanced knowledge and experience in structured systems analysis and design techniques • Working knowledge of the following: PL/SQL (Including UTL_FILE & error handling), VB, XML, Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle, Sybase), SQL Server, Linux and Windows environments, ksh, PL/SQL, SQL Understanding of various programming Languages Oracle experience with referential integrity Linux/Unix experience • Experience with Document Publishing software applications (e.g. Frame maker, Adobe). • Knowledge of medical management concepts and business functions/processes (e.g., Case Management, Utilization Management, etc.. ) • Working knowledge of relational database configuration (e.g., Oracle). • Experience with systems analysis and design techniques; expertise with the Microsoft suite of tools including Word, Excel, Viso, Project, Access and PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of some or all of the following: SQL, Business Objects and Windows Environments.
