Performance Tester

* Over 5 years of performance testing experience of large scale applications
* 3-5 years of experience with Empirix Hammer software used for testing IVR
applications.
* Strong understanding of telecommunication systems (Avaya Communication
Manager, AES, Avaya Auto Agent, etc.)
* Knowledge of Call Flow Systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, Team Player.
* Work independent of other when required.
* Excellent understanding of SDLC.
* Ability to identify, isolate and document system deficiencies in a clear,
concise manner.
* Prior experience with performance testing of applications using HP Load
Runner is a plus.
* Prior development experience is a plus (IVR or java based Middleware
applications).
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyze, interpret and review design specifications
* Create Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios for Performance Testingof
telephony appilcations.
* Configure Performance Test Environment (Empirix Hammer) and create
necessary Performance Test Data.
* Execute Performance Testing of large scale telephony
applications,including IVR, Call Routing (Genesys) and Call Recording
(NICE).
* Create and track defects using defect tracking systems.
* Perform problem solving/root-cause analysis for the defects identified
during testing and ensure closure to these defects.
* Analyze test results and prepare Test Reports.
