client in Davenport, Iowa is looking for a PeopleSoft HR Developer who can start the project asap - If you have anyone please send the resume with Contact Information.
Requirements :
We currently have two PeopleSoft resources in the group to assist and help out.
Position one : McKesson is looking to build a custom add on to their current HR Platform. The name of the project is Flexible Work Options or FWO. The manager is looking to create a portal for workers to log into remotely.The ideal set up will allow for internal employees to login to this site and petition for a change to a weekly schedule. (Temporary or Permanent) Example given was instead of working a 40/ week working 35 or 30 and receiving the reduced rate for Salary perhaps 75% for 30 hours. The site will tie into HR channels for Proper Supervisory and HR Approval. So the site will need configuration and set up of workflow and Administration permissions. (Set up an approval hierarchy) Ideally the system will have table structures within work flows to track comments and approvals. Environment and Technologies Current PeopleSoft version is HR 8.9 - they run mostly Payroll and benefits Candidate must possess the following skills PeopleSoft HR version 8.9 People Code/ People Tools PeopleSoft Application Engine Nice to haves: SQL Server 2005 PeopleSoft Administration/ configuration exp. Second part of the Project The 2nd part of the project if the candidate has any WebServices experience with PeopleSoft they would likely be extended to help. McKesson is looking to integrate PeopleSoft into non-PeopleSoft WebServices architecture. Currently McKesson has a 3rd party application that allows their clients to request and gathers HR information. They would like to reverse this process and allow this website to gather information for them as well. Using PeopleSoft and WebServices integration.
