We are looking for a *Team lead* with strong Java development & design
experience to lead 2 offshore teams (Composite Services & BPEL)
*If no Oracle BPEL then any Back end Java would do*
-Strong Java development experience
-Strong SQL experience
-Design pattern experience
-SOA/Webservices experience
-Excellent communication (written & verbal)
-Familiar with Agile/XP methodologies
-Ability to coordinate offshore resources and function as a Scrum master
-Familiar with Oracle BPEL & FIT
-Understand the separation of Workflow and Business Logic layers
-Experience in JEE/SQL Performance optimization
-Experience with Test Driven methodologies and practices
-Expert in XML/parsers
-Maven experience desired
-Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
