Position: WEBSPHERE PORTAL ADMIN Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months with possibility of Extension Rate: 55 $/Hr All Inclusive Start Date: ASAP Positions: One § New Test Environment Setup for Portal application § Understanding of the portal application functioning § Fine- tuning of portal environment system resources § Application deployments to test, sandbox, staging, and production environments § Knowledge Basic Unix administration § Should be well versed with complex portal, webserver and application server environment. § Expert in installation & Configuration of portal environment as per application requirement. § Collaboration with application and other teams. § Assisting application in load testing § Excellent in trouble shooting the problems related with Portal, webserver/appserver configuration issues and performance issues § Should be familiar with the deployment and issues related to deployments § Environment auditing § Validate environment after patch installation Key skills required: (in the order of priority) ü Websphere Portal server ü Websphere Application Server ü IHS ü IIS ü Load runner (Application testing tool) Kindly go through the position details and let me know if you have any consultants matching the skill set or would really appreciate if you can refer me someone with this skill set.
