Job Title: Oracle CRM Technical Consultant
Location: Westford, MA.
Duration: 3 Months
*Experience and Skill-set Required:*
• Must have 8 plus years of functional and technical working on
Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10+ .
• Must have hands-on functional and technical experience of
Oracle Incentive Compensation module, Oracle CRM Resource Manager, Oracle
Daily
Business Intelligence framework.
• Demonstrate understanding of business requirements and
functional specifications; Prepare technical design documents and develop as
per the
design to meet project requirements. Prepare installation documents for
deployment.
• Strong development using Oracle best practices, performance
tuning and testing.
• Prepare unit and integration testing plans, and execute tests
to ensure the solutions meet the business need and are working as designed.
• Work closely with peers and technical teams (applications and
infrastructure) to ensure solutions are reviewed, operational and performing
as
designed.
• Provide monitoring and operational support for business
testing; Provide trouble shooting support during and after deployment.
• Must be self organized, and be able to implement according to
plan. Ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously or
collaboratively in a
professional and timely manner is absolutely required.
