 Oracle Developer with ETL exp

client is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL (ETL/DW/BI), SQL Query, Crystal Reports Developer for a 1.5yr project in Ann Arbor, MI.;

Rate: 45-50$/hr (DOE)
Note that the client will do phone interviews however they only hire based on F2F interviews so keep that in mind as local or Midwest candidates preferred for that reason.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two or more years of experience in using SQL to query Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
Two or more years of Oracle database development experience using PL/SQL
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering Crystal Reports
Proficiency in data manipulation and extraction techniques
Basic knowledge of Windows Server functionality, e.g. running services, task scheduler
Solid and effective written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic development environment and adjust to frequently-changing priorities and project plans
Ability to work effectively with management, team members, and colleagues from other departments and projects , Ability to work and communicate effectively with outside vendors
