Below are Details: Position - Siebel Developer Location - Melville, NY. Rate - Open Job Length - 7 Month DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES >> Translate requirements into high level and detailed design, develop and unit test solutions, initiate and support quality assurance, go-live deployment, and will provide production support as needed. Strong configuration knowledge of Siebel Tools, Workflow, Communications Server (Email / Fax), EAI, EIM, Integration Tools (.NET web services), eScript, Siebel VB Script, and Business Services. -Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks. Supports ! project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming. May serve as technical project lead; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. Provides consulting services in a technical and/or managerial capacity to management and technical staff. SKILLS >> Siebel configuration using Tools, Siebel EAI (Integration Objects, Inbound/Outbound Web Services), Siebel Workflow including workflow process and policy. Siebel 7.8 experience. Siebel Call Center, Energy, Sales & Marketing. Experience as a software development analyst Experience as a Siebel analyst and application Developer. Excellent communications skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design and development of a project with limited supervision. Experience in Siebel Analytics (OBIEE) a plus. Utility experience a plus.
