Some of those reasons are listed below for your review. . Lacking adequate U.S. Experience . Not enough experience . No energy sector experience . Poor Communication . Skills are good but they are just not senior enough . Lacking strong MSoft Project experience . Hasn't been on a project that entails the implementation of a application in very large Enterprise like a Shell. Required Skills: . At a minimum, 8 yrs. BA experience or Project Coordinator Experience . Minimum 8 to 10 yrs. U.S. Experience . Very strong Communication skills . Energy Sector experience . Local - Really wants to see someone who is actually living here in town currently, not a person who will relo. If you have a candidate in a nearby TEXAS city we will look at them if they fit the need 100%. . Significant MicroSoft Project and Visio expertise . SDLC . Conducting JAD Sessions . Training experience . Process documentation . Has been a part of an application (POS preferred but okay if it's another app.) implementation in an Enterprise wide organization the size of Shell Oil.
