Client: BCBS Interview: Telephonic and Inperson Job Description: Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Ensure availability of Siebel database and Siebel applications. Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature. You will be a leading individual contributor and work as part of a dynamic team. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills and coordination with IT and business teams. Selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving technical problems related to Siebel. Candidate should be capable of working in highly stressful situations. Technical knowledge, high quality of work, high motivation, good interpersonal skills and trouble shooting skills are the key for success in this role.
