*Title: Workstream Lead* * * *Location: Thousand Oaks, CA* * * *Duration: 500 hours (3-4 months)* Role: Workstream Lead Critical Skills: *Dynamics CRM (Necessary) * *Configure Customer Service in Dynamics CRM (Necessary) * *Customize Dynamics CRM (Necessary) * *Design a Dynamics CRM Solution (Critical) * Role Description: Lead the development activities of an IRPC Workstream from design to deployment. Resource will be responsible and accountable for all development deliverables from each workstream team. Each workstream team will be a multi-functional group of technical resources focused on delivering end to end capabilities within an IRPC functional group. Required Key Skills: - Multiple years of Dynamics CRM development experience required. CRM 2011 experience a big plus. - 5-7 years development experience. - 3-5 years experience leading a development team - Experience developing and producing Detailed Design Specifications - Experience employing Agile development methodology - Experience project managing a technical resources and a development team Key responsibilities: - Produce the Solution Detail Design Specification (SDDS) for each functional capability identified in the Solution Requirements Specification and Solution Design Specification - Define the development plan for producing the solution - Define the testing and validation plan for ensuring the solution meets business needs - Direct technical in the development of the components of the solution - Partner with functional business analysts in clarifying requirements and ensuring solution meets business needs - Partner with the testing lead and team in validating the solution - Work with the Solution Architecture team in ensuring the solution meets enterprise and project architecture guidelines - Obtain approval from key thought leaders on the SDDS - Lead the technical resources from design to development, testing, and deployment - Can design CRM solutions (create system detailed design specs from a system requirement spec) - Liaison with Developer to make sure the resulting code meets the spec Thanks and Regards, Sonika Singh Next Level Business Services, Inc.
