*Job Description *
Must have: at least 2 Facets projects where they had hands on experience
with the application, at least 7 years of test automation preferably with
QTP, Lead/Management experience, SQL queries
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Create the Strategy, Goals Plans and Objectives for the project.
- Creates performance test strategies and schedules relevant to
performance test creation and execution.
- Document performance testing infrastructure, performance testing
goals, and Performance test development process.
- Analyze application design for suitability of Performance testing.
Recommend changes to facilitate Performance test automation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior colleagues relative to
Performance test automation.
- Define and implement standards to satisfy the retention, cataloging
and execution requirements for the Performance regression test suites.
- Document, implement, and practice best practices in manual and
Performance testing to encourage well-documented and reproducible testing
results.
- Involved with the continual improvement of performance test
processes to provide improved quality assurance and reduction in testing
cycle time.
- Create and Review Performance Test Plans
- Create, Review and execute Performance Test Plan
- Design and implement testing infrastructure for Performance testing.
- Design, define and execute Performance Test Scripts
- Document business process flows for generation of Performance test
scripts.
- Builds Performance regression test suite using Performance scripts.
