Ajax, RAD or DB2 is a plus (not required). 1. Four or more years of programming experience 2. Working knowledge of Java and web application architecture 3. Experience with Java J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), AJAX and Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs) 4. Experience analyzing customer needs, designing new systems and modifying existing systems 5. Experience in a position interpreting and communicating information orally and written 6. Experience in a position requiring the ability to identify and solve problems 7. Experience in a position requiring the ability to organize and prioritize tasks 8. Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff internal and external 9. SQL and relational-database experience is desired 10. MQ-Series, JavaScript and Struts 2 experience is desired 11. Java Web Services experience is helpful 12. Experience with RAD IDE is beneficial. 13. IBM Websphere application server experience is preferred 14.
