This is a 3-6 month contract in Bethesda, MD. My client has purchased a HEAT ticketing system and are through phase one of implementation. *Requirement:* Developer w/ at least 3 years of HEAT deployment and configuration experience. · Must be familiar with HEAT v9.x and later. · Must have experience with managing HEAT in a Microsoft SQL / Exchange 2007 environment. · Must have experience with configuring and customizing HEAT Messaging Center, Business Rule Monitor, and Call Logging Client. · Candidate must have experience with configuring HEAT for the following ITIL Services: o Incident and Request Management o Asset Management o Configuration Management o Change Management o Problem Management o Service Management · Candidate must be familiar with customizing Service Level Monitoring, alerting, and escalations within HEAT. · Candidate should have minimum ITIL v3 Foundations certification or greater. · Candidate must exhibit strong documentation and communications skills. · Candidate must be able to work in a team-based, collaborative environment.
