Description Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing solutions meeting the business and technical needs of an
enterprise using complete TIBCO product stack-TIBCO RV, EMS, Business Works,
BW Workflow, Portal Builder, Business Connect, various adapters, General
Interface, Active Matrix Suite, iProcess Suite.
- Delivery Support
- Effort Estimation
Skills:
- Has worked as a TIBCO developer at least in 2-3 projects.
. Skilled TIBCO programmer with thorough knowledge of all TIBCO
tools.
. Understanding user requirements and enhancement requests for TIBCO
development and PSM projects
. Ability to install and configure TIBCO tools in project
environment.
. Ability in designing multi-tier application architecture including
creating use cases, object models, sequence diagrams, activity flows etc.
. Good understanding of software development life cycle and
Agile/iterative methodology.
. Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance
projects
. Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts
(functional/technical)
. Proven expertise in writing 'good' code & experience in
multi-tiered development projects
. Technical competency in the following:
- Proficiency & varied experience in J2EE
- Understanding of Service Oriented architecture concepts and ESB,
BPEL, BPM, Message Oriented Middleware
- Web services, SOAP 1.1/1.2, UDDI, WS-Security etc.
- Experience in EAI a must
- Skills in TIBCO RV, EMS, Business Works, BW Workflow, Portal
Builder,
Business Connect, various adapters, General Interface,
Active Matrix Suite, iProcess
Suite.
- Skills in TIBCO Spotfire and CIM would be added advantage.
