You will be responsible for the design, development and creation of user-centered designs for consumer-facing Web sites. Responsibilities will include human factors engineering and usability design, requirements gathering and articulation of user interface issues-including development of page/site prototypes. REQUIRED SKILLS: Web Design, excellent communication skills, Human Factors Engineering Design concepts, and Graphical Web Design experience. Must be knowledgeable of user-experience (UX) design methodology, user scenarios, usability testing, storyboarding, paper and interactive prototypes. Must have demonstrated skills in graphic applications, HTML development tools and other applicable authoring tools, Must be able to create innovative approaches to improving the end-user experience. Helpful to have experience with large web sites that required strong web design, organization and overall application flow. Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment.
