Candidate will be required to understand functional requirements and be able to translate into the appropriate technical solution. Strong system architecture skills are required as candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet user requirements while at the same time ensuring that the proposed solution is consistent with best practices and previously implemented solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment required. Integration of websphere with COTS *Expert (5+) level skills in:* WebSphere J2EE (JEE) SOAP This person will be responsible for creating SOAP calls, developing J2EE code, accessing web services and light websphere administration along with the above requirements. *Project scope:* This is a long term engagement to design and build the infrastructure to support a translation management system. The approach to implementation of the system will ensure that the scalable architecture is put in place will support our clients security, development and security guidelines.
