ERIC will improve business processes within the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation Tax and provide Ohio employers and third party administrators the ability to do business with the Office of Unemployment Compensation through the internet. *Consultant Role/Responsibilities or Tasks on Project: Java Developer II* We have a need to add 10 java developers to the project as soon as possible. * * *Description:* - Participates as a member of development team. - Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers. - Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests. - Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development). - May perform unit design. - Applies HP and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity. - Configures end-user or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists. - Performs work assigned by others. - Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. *These resources need to have the following skills:* - 5+ years of experience of Java / J2EE architecture. - 5+ years experience in OOAD and OO development. - 5+ years experience with Web application design and deployment, familiar with JSP/Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JAAS. - 3+ years of experience in EJB (Session, CMP, BMP, MDB) design and development. - Experience in JSF and Portal or any other MVC Web Frameworks. - Understanding of coding standards and knowledge of applying quality standards. - Experience in writing SQL, PL / SQL programs. - Ability to work with a team. - Good communication Skills.
