Position : Dynamics Ax Functional consultant: Location : Redmond, WA Start : ASAP Duration : Long term *Job Description: * *Core Job Responsibilities and Competencies – Must Have* • Dynamics AX functional experience with core HR, SCM, and Finance modules. • Dynamics AX technical experiences in development, debugging X++, and AX system and user administration. • Delivering excellent service and support to internal customers and partners. Position will be responsible for monitoring progress against service level agreements. Position is responsible for ensuring each reported problems are resolved in a timely manner, tracked according to standards, and escalated as appropriate. • Solving medium to high complexity issues, and communicating problem resolution and additional information to customer groups, project teams and other IT support groups. • We expect significant contributions to our knowledge management database as well as information and metrics published on our internal web site. • Managing specific initiatives designed to enhance the ERP systems (Dynamics-AX or SAP) and increase system supportability and performance.
