Job Description:
Our direct client is seeking a TIBCO Technical Consultant to join their team
and assist in the implementation and customization of their integration
platform and functionality. This individual will have expert knowledge of
TIBCO software with minimum of 5 years of recent hands on software
development with TIBCO platform products. They will work with technical
staff to design, develop, and deliver integration components and interfaces
that meet the functional and technical design specifications using standards
and established methodology. They will create, execute, and document test
scripts necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment
meets performance requirements (technical, functional, and user interface).
Qualifications:
* Good technical background with experience in system delivery, which
includes the functional and technical design, build, and test phases
(Software Development Life-Cycle - SDLC).
* Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional
designs.
* Deep knowledge of IT solution planning and management.
* Understanding of integration capabilities.
* Expert in data models and an understanding of relational databases.
* Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies (BusinessWorks,
BusinessConnect, EDI-X12 (in conjunction with BusinessConnect), EMS, ADB,
Workflow (Inconcert, BusinessWorks Collaborator), HAWK and additional
adapters)
* A minimum of 3 years experience with BusinessConnect
* Experience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.
* Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and
enterprise application integration.
* Experience with TIBCO Architecture and infrastructure
* Experience in Unix and Linux environment, perl script, linux scripts
* Experience with WebLogic platform, J2EE, and Java development a plus
