Looking for only Local Consultants This is an admin role that needs Weblogic installation and configuration skills for the first initiative. After that is completed, the consultant will move into their webpshere initiatives, with maybe a little Weblogic here and there. This is why they need both. Strong Web Logic application server administration skills (installation and configuration) in an enterprise environment. WebSphere application server administration is also a requirement. Experience working with development projects and supporting development environments. Experience writing run books. You will be charged with writing documentation for third parties with little oversite. Strong J2EE and SOA skills including ESB, JMS and Web Services. If we don't see "some" of this experience in your resume, we won't consider. Experience in integrating with web security platforms like Siteminder, WebSEAL or similar. Good working knowledge of LDAP integration. Good working knowledge of DBMS systems such as DB2 or Oracle. Strong scripting skills. Shell scripting is required** and would prefer either Jython or JACL. Important to tell your consultant: 85% or more of the work will be websphere but this first project will be 100% weblogic 80% of the clients applications run on websphere and any left on weblogic at some point will go to websphere but for this particular project, theyll have to do weblogic. This person needs to be flexible in the short term.
