Position: Business Systems Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 12 Months Rate: Open Interview Process:Face to Face interview is required after the initial phone screen. Business Systems Analyst (IT): The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with Client’s business units to understand their needs, working with various architecture and development teams to create a solution to the business need utilizing Client’s application and services infrastructure, and then working with impacted development and testing team(s) to ensure successful delivery of the proposed solution. Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a background in architecture and business system analysis. Experience in requirements gathering techniques, use case definition, architecture diagramming, sequence diagrams, test planning/execution and system requirement analysis is a must. Job Description: Collaborate with business units requesting systems changes to clarify and document business requirements and business process flows Work with business to identify ROI of proposed changes/enhancements to systems Partner with Architecture and Development teams to identify feasible solutions and Services that meet the business need Document requirements, use cases, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams and data flow diagrams Create test plans, including detailed test scenarios and test environment assessment Conduct user interviews, JAD sessions, and other forums to define and capture requirements and design of the solution Collaborate with application development and test teams to ensure that use cases and system requirements are understood and actionable Utilize requirements management tools to maintain traceability between requirements, design elements, and development work Present solutions to executive leadership, business requesters, architects, development and testing teams Make informed decisions and choices based upon priority, business necessity and bottom line impacts Assess work effort, provide timelines for completion of work and deliver within set expectations Requirements Minimum skills required: -Hands on Experience building UML artifacts, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams, process flow diagram for delivery -The ability to create system requirements from a business requirement document -Experience with writing and reviewing test scripts for QA teams -The ability to author use cases from business requirements Please send us the following details along with the updated resume: -Years experience in building UML artifacts ? -Years experience in creating Activity diagrams ? -Years experience in creating Sequence diagrams? -Years experience in creating process flow diagram ? -Years experience in creating system requirements (Technical requirements Document) from a business requirement document ? -Years experience in Writing and reviewing test scripts for QA teams ? -Years experience in creating use cases from business requirements ?
