*Position : ORACLE DEVELOPER Location: Stamford, CT Duration: 6 Months* Oracle developer Important skills required : Oracle Partioning Oracle Tuning Large scale projects Some DBA Complete SDLC Oracle PL/SQL developer to design and implement enhancements and new applications within the GGL Architecture. The role requires hands on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL development and exposure to Oracle tuning skills. It requires a high degree of teamwork, genuine creativity and high productivity with flawless quality and the ability to meet tight deadlines * Detailed knowledge and at least 5 years experience of working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL * Experience with large data warehouses, analytical functions, Oracle partitioning, referential integrity concepts/implementations * Strong background in PL/SQL and SQL tuning with Oracle. * Good understanding of operating systems like UNIX, Linux and Windows NT/XP platforms. * Detailed knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting technologies like Business Objects would be an added bonus but not mandatory.
