Greetings from AAA Consulting services Inc. * Client: Released on Screen * Role: SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant ideally in Aerospace domain * Number of Positions -- 1 * Location: Olathe, KS * Start: ASAP * Duration: 1+ years * Rate: ~ $80/hr +expenses in a c2c or 1099 structure. W2 is possible but would have a lower rate point (covering employer costs for w2). Might go higher for a perfect fit. * Expenses: Seperate from the rate quoted above * Face-to-Face: Client may (not likely) request a face-to-face after phone screen. Candidate is expected to cover this cost. If not possible, let us know on submission. Local candidates preferred. * Work Authorization: Due to security requirements around the role, US Citizen, Green Card, or Canadian citizenship required * Candidate Location: Open DESCRIPTION: This assignment is based in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will be expected to spend at least 3 weeks out of 4 on site (at Toronto). Some travel to other client site may be required (for preconfiguration exercises, design reviews, major issue resolution meetings, etc.). Need to understand client design for OEM and SAP Integration Functionality. Need to work with SAP Deployment Team and COE to ensure that the client Solution is understood and being deployed appropriately. Provide support to the Deployment Team during Blue Printing phase, BPPs/BPDs, Technical and Integration Design, and when identifying potential GAPs. Implement the standard AERO design, support the business in process redesign, document, and create process flow charts. TASKS: - Gathering business requirements - Design and configuration of SAP R/3 components - Solution walk through, gap assessment, providing work arounds, testing and training - Maintaining required documentation per process and application determined by client SKILLS: - “5-10" years of general consulting experience - Several years industry experience. - Leading complex analysis and developing detailed work products. - Solid understanding of SAP's Quality Management (QM) Module/Functionality. - Configuration options and QM touch points with other modules. - Knowledge and experience of Aerospace Quality business requirements and an understanding of how they can be met with SAP function. - OEM experience required; some (embedded) R&O experience would be of benefit. - Technical/Configuration knowledge and functional expertise are needed. - Knowledge and experience in the following areas:- - AS9100 Compliance requirements - Use of Quality Info Records - Master Inspection Characteristics - Inspection Plans, Inspection Types - Using all types of Quality and Service Notifications NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: - OEM with Embedded R&O - Aerospace industry experience preferred. - Understanding of FAA requirements; 8130 tags, and other related required documents and processes.
