Typically provide 24-hour daily production and technical support to assigned systems. will also provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level. You will work closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Additionally, Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations. * * *Responsibilities:* - Work closely with business and service delivery team to ensure appropriate business measures are defined - Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating programs per written specifications - Examine applications to ensure adherence to Application Engineering guidelines, processes and procedures - Utilize multiple programming languages and software technologies to ensure applications are suitably fit for use and admissible for maintenance/upgrades - Test, modify, and implement application code; make standard modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with high-level specifications, application support and industry standards - Evaluate service level issues and suggested enhancements escalated by Service Delivery Team to diagnose and address underlying system problems and inefficiencies - Engage third party suppliers on applications support issues *Qualifications:* - Typically requires up to five years of programming / application development work experience - Minimum 5 years of RAD programming and application support experience - Minimum of 2 years financial business experience - Experience with client / server architecture and deployment of RAD solutions to a geographically decentralized user group - Independent application development experience - Minimum of 5 years of SQL Server experience - Minimum of 5 years of T-SQL Stored Procedure writing and SSIS / SSRS experience - Minimum of 5 years of VB/C#/ASP.NET experience - Advanced working knowledge of table driven, customizable, database driven applications. - Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel: spreadsheet functions, charts, pivot tables - Minimum of 5 years of MS Access Database Development, including Access macro, Access VBA, and reports. - Minimum of 5 years of MS Excel / VBA coding - Solid understanding of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint - Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills - Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures *Regards, * *Austin* *Vinsai, Inc. * *Certified Minority Business Enterprise * *2838 E.
