*Duration: * 5 months with possibility of extension.

Candidate will act as the Level 1 Production Support person for our Data
Ware House application and all of it components. Candidate will also work
with the Business and Technology teams to help define the requirements for
new projects and verify that the delivered functionality meets those
requirements.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in all production support issues that arise from the user
community.
- Work with users and developers to define new projects to extend and
enhance company's Data Ware House applications
- Create test scenarios and implement test cases that will serve as
acceptance test criteria for new functionality
- Work with support group to reproduce production problems and
identify gaps in regression test suite
- Responsible for coordinating UAT efforts for Development releases.
- Work closely with developers to run test suites and research errors
- Responsible for production job monitoring and recovery.
*Requirements:*
- Four years of production support experience and the financial
industry knowledge
- General technical proficiency and an ability to learn
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to
detail
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business degree
Required.
