Working on a team supporting clients in both hosted and licensed scenarios. Candidate will reproduce and diagnose client reported issues, define and implement resolution, and fix code defects to identify root cause and determine alternatives for both short term and permanent resolution. Communication with the client is required. The candidate will additionally have responsibility to specifies and develop code corrections for defects and minor enhancements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Investigate client reported issues and identify root cause. • Determine short term and permanent resoultion, including possible workarounds. • Communicate with the client as needed to diagnose and present options. • Specify and develop code corrections for defects and minor enhancements. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related area. Experience: 5-7 years with 3-5 years full life cycle development experience and 3-5 years programming experience in financial services or a related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
