Specific Responsibilities: Plan, develop, test, and document computer programs. Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Assist users in solving operating problems as well as analyze, review, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency. Identify training needs and develop training modules to meet business needs. Programming in Navision and/or .NET; Create complex Crystal Reports and SQL Queries. Required Skills: Knowledge and exposure to C#, ASP.NET or another object oriented language. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment Excellent Computer skills, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. XML, Ajax, .Net, ASP, SQL, HTML Required Experience: A Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems. At least 4 years experience in application and system development.
