*Duration : Long term* *Hourly Rate:$70/hr* * * *This is part of a huge state-wide project revolving around the new implementation of PeopleSoft 9 (Financials). They are looking for a PM and two BA's and prefer to hire a team that has worked together.* Mandatory Skill/Expertise: 1. Minimum eight years performing Business Systems Analysis on computer application system development projects developing requirements specifications and artifacts according to standard templates, performing process and data analysis and modeling, creating and executing test plans. 2. Minimum three years hands-on experience using Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials. (PeopleSoft Enterprise v 9 - Financial including GL/CC, Purchasing, AP/Travel, AR/Non-Tax Revenue, and Contract Management - Asset management, Grants Management, and Project Accounting are pluses) 3. Minimum eight years experience using large-scale relational database systems. 4. Minimum eight years experience using a structured software development lifecycle. 5. A thorough understanding of project management. Desirable Experience: 1. More than eight years performing Business Systems Analysis on computer application system development projects developing requirements specifications and artifacts according to standard templates, performing process and data analysis and modeling, creating and executing test plans. 2. More than three year hands-on experience using Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials. 3. Is certified as a PeopleSoft Enterprise 9 Financial Management, General Ledger Consultant Certified Expert. 4.
