To be able to understand, extract and analyze the business requirements. 2. To be able to transform business requirements / rules into data models by applying normalization rules and adhering to Wal-Mart specific data modeling standards. 3. To be able to work independently. *Skills / experience needed:* 1. Overall experience 6+ and above. 2. Proficient in 3NF and dimensional modeling techniques. Total 3NF modeling experience should be 2.5+ years. 3. A hand on dimensional modeling is a big plus however knowledge of dimensional modeling will do. 4.
