There is 1 front end and 1 back end developer role. Seeking an experienced SAP Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design and development and implementation of an SAP Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solution. The candidate must have advanced knowledge of the full Data Warehouse lifecycle, with 7-8 years of SAP BW/BI experience, and been involved in 2 or more full lifecycle implementations of SAP BI/BW involving High Level Design, Low Level Design of the system, data modeling, data extraction, monitoring and reporting. The candidate should also have a minimum of 1 full Life Cycle implementation for SAP BI in SAP APO. Responsibilities: * Gather Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse requirements * Model SAP Data warehouse and implement using best practice approaches * Effectively interact with business and functional teams to gather/develop functional and technical requirements and translate the requirements into robust analytics and reporting solutions * In SAP BW/BI configure BW data objects including InfoObjects, InfoSources, InfoPackages, InfoSets, Transfer/Update Rules, Transformations, ODS/DSO, InfoProviders, MultiProviders, DTPs, Open Hub Destinations, Bex queries * Design & Development of Input Ready queries for planning and simulation * Design and create BW/BI Generic Extractors from the ERP system and other SAP products/modules * Design & Development of Enterprise Portal * Performance enhancement and House-keeping activities * Adhere to development methodology, standards and naming conventions and best practices * Complete project related documentation (naming standards, technical specifications, test plans etc) during the different stages of the project as required * Develop data warehouses, OLAP databases, ETL processes Desired Competencies: * BS or MS in computer science or related field in combination with significant relevant work experience * 7-10 years of combined SAP and Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence experience * 7+ years of demonstrated experience with formal data warehousing architectures, meta data management, master data management and data stewardship * Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience with reporting tools like SAP BEx . * Minimum 5 years of configuration/implementation experience with enterprise data warehousing and reporting * Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) * Strong planner and organizer with demonstrated ability to master new concepts quickly, incorporate the latest technology, and develop business solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability * Must possess ability to work independently as a team member and with minimal supervision * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills * Experience working with SAP ABAP development environment (ABAP programs, data dictionary objects, info sets, R/3 extraction routines, transfer and update rules, transports etc) is a must * Experience with SAP BW 7.0 and SAP BW implementation/upgrades Technical Skills needed * Mastery level of BW Extractors from the ERP system and working knowledge of SAP structures, object dependencies and tables in ECC6.0 environment * Knowledge of Integrated Planning and/or BPC * BW Excel-based reporting design and development * BW web reporting and web cockpit design and development * Experience on ECC 6.0 preferred, 5.0 minimum * Knowledge and experience in use of BI accelerator . * SAP BI certifications a plusBW integration with SAP Portals/NetWeaver * Web/Web Services development experience with BW * Experience with other Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing ETL and OLAP technologies * Knowledge of VBA is a plus * Basic MS Excel and MS Project skills required Thanks & Regards, Prashanth Reddy 3104 Drummond Plaza ; Newark , DE 19711 A Certified Minority Owned Woman Led Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Phone # 302-752-4268 Fax # 302-397-2097 Web : www.tektreeinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
