Position: WebMethods Developer----2 Positions Open Location: Houston, TX Duration: 4-6 months Contract to Hire
The candidate must have a proven track record developing solutions using v7.x webMethods components such as: Integration Server, Broker, BPM and CentraSite/Mediator and assortment of adaptors (JDBC, Salesforce.com, JMS, PeopleSoft and Microsoft). Candidate must have experience with certificates, protocols such as HTTPS and SOAP XML, and be familiar with concepts such as REST and JSON. The candidate needs significant experience developing B2B integrations using Trading Networks and Reverse Invoke. Experience integrating with services in the Cloud such as Salesforce.com, and utilizing Business Activity Monitoring (e.g., Optimize for Process and B2B) are preferred. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study and eight to ten years of previous experience. Preferred: Master's Degree webMethods Certified Other Professional Certifications are an added experience benefit Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities : . 8 years of technology experience . Object orientated programming experience . Experienced Java Programmer . 5 years of integration technology (webMethods) . Analyze and resolve complex, technical, integration issues and develop solutions. . Act as a technical resource on specific technology(s). . Must be seen as a technical mentor to resources less experienced in the technology. . Develop project solutions using a combination of webMethods components such as Integration Server, Broker, BPM, ApplinX and Trading Networks. . Convert business requirements into well formed technology solutions; develop those solutions in an efficient leveraged structure. . Provide technical support for resolving issues related to data transformation and communications . Administrative experience in managing a webMethods V 7.x and/or 8.0 environment; Security. . Provide vision and strategy for the IT organization with regard to integration architecture, standards and usage to effectively address business activities. . Understanding and implementation experience of Service oriented Architecture (SOA), Process Oriented Architecture (POA) and Business Process Management (BPM) . Must have ability to produce design / solutions that are highly scalable and appropriately secure. .
