Here are some notes regarding hiring a consultant to work on OPCC project. What we need : · Solid Experience in developing ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Web forms Applications ( at least 5 years ) · Solid Experience in developing on MS SQL ( Database Design, SQL and T-SQL ) · At least 5 years of Hands on experience working on C# · Experience with ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Charting control is required. · Experience with Applications interacting with MS Excel is a plus. · Great Problem solving skills and ability to quickly develop prototypes is preferred. · Good to have Packaging, Deployment and Debugging experience on IIS · Must be able to interact and communicate with Customers directly · Must be able to plan and work towards delivering application on-time with minimum to no supervision Other Requirements: · Work in Asheville, NC at Client’s office · Flexibility in work hours Screening Process · Need to verify their Visa status and how long they have been working in USA . · Pre-screening : Will send a list of questions that you can ask to pre-screen the candidates. · Three Online Tests (ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, C# and SQL) · Telephonic Interview · Face to Face Interview @ Infosmart Systems Offices if required · Once selected, should be able to undergo a week long training in InfoSmart Systems offices before starting at Asheville Office.
