DSSG Technology teams function is to primarily support Regional Banking with reporting and data analysis on areas such as compliance, teller scheduling, store performance, recruiting etc. We are looking for dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual with good communication skills and positive attitude. Prior experience in an ETL environment is a must, with a minimum 10+ years of ETL and 7+ years of Informatica experience. Responsibilities: * Work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules * Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes * Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements. * Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune ETL processes. * Document all ETL related work per company's methodology * Maintain existing code and fix bugs whenever needed * Ensure that all timelines of loading/validating data are met * Ensure smooth functioning of our development, QA, production and staging environments Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * 10+Years of ETL developer experience * 7+Years of Informatica experience is a must * 7+Years of SQL Server/Oracle experience * Experience with developing an ETL lifecycle. Review and recommend the appropriate Informatica architecture configuration as well as database and hardware landscape. * Expert level Informatica development experience.
