Job Description:
• 9+ years of experience
• Managing Oracle 11g and 10g RAC environments on Sun Solaris
platforms (Logical Domains and Containers)
• Performance-tuning and monitoring of Oracle databases and handling
large databases, experience with different database monitoring tools
• Proficient with Oracle Streams implementation and Oracle
Database/Streams Encryption
• Solid experience in SQL and PL/SQL tuning as well as writing and
maintaining SQL and PL/SQL scripts
• Database design - must have experience with logical and physical
database design
• Strong background in database and table space design, data
partitioning
• Manage availability, database maintenance, backup, restore and
recovery, RMAN backups/recovery
