Provide technical expertise and leadership to resolve complex Informatica infrastructure issues. . Experience in handling Incident and Change Management requests through service desk . Experience in coordinating with internal clients / storage /Unix / DBA / NOC teams to resolve issues . Coordinate and offshore support and development teams . Develop complex test plans, which include regression testing and packaging tests into consecutive steps based on logical dependencies; write, revise and verify functional test plans for complex systems in a software application. .
