Immediate need for a talented *Enterprise Architect *. This is a *6 *month+ contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in *Plainsboro* *, NJ**. *Please review the below job description and contact me ASAP. *Key Responsibilities:* General Architecture · Experience leading large program level architecture initiatives involving many projects across business and technical domains. · Ability to create architecture scope, lead and/or develop conceptual, logical and physical architectures across business, application, data and technology domains · Ability to review ongoing and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement · Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, risk and compliance with established project architecture standards and business vision · Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the architecture effort, including the plans, interdependencies, schedule, roadmaps, budget, tools, and required personnel · Familiarity with EA Frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman · Familiarity with BPM / EA Tools such as IBM System Architect and IDS Sheer ARIS Technology Architecture · Ability to maintain current knowledge of all relevant technology via reference architecture and leverage for program architecture practices · Ability to provide technical leadership on projects, including serving as a resource to the project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues · Ability to design and develop cost effective solutions that meet functional, technical, and performance requirements · Ability to map customer requirements to technology capability · Ability to consult with and develop technical resources for methods, procedures, and standards to use during design, development, and unit testing phases of the project · Ability to review technical documentation to verify compliance with client requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines * * *Key Requirements and Technology Experience:* * * · Proven analytical skills to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional architecture requirements · Ability to resolve complex issues related to enterprise wide architecture concerns · Management style that exhibits high energy, strategic thinking, collaboration, direct communication and results orientation · Effective in matrix management and team building · Poise, maturity and communication skills necessary to represent the enterprise architecture group internally and externally · Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
