Job Description: Our client is looking for "Sr.Business/Systems Analyst" Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ? Experience gathering business and system requirements for Web applications (ability to identify functional and non-functional requirements) ? Experience with conducting JAD's (joint Application Design) meetings, acting as the facilitator ? Experience producing final requirements documents ? Experience documenting Use Cases ? Ability to identify and define the scope of the project ? Ability to identify critical success factors of the project ? Experience creating test plans and test cases ? Experience producing requirements traceability matrix (to include mapping of test cases) ? Experience with automated testing tools ? Experience performing quality assurance for system testing ? Experience in designing and architecting comprehensive IT systems ? Experience integrating multiple applications/systems ? Experience with software development tools, specifically JAVA, Oracle in a Linux environment ? Experience with technical design of web applications and relational databases ?
