Position: Dot Net Developer Location: Tarrant County, TX Duration: 6 months+ Requirements: • Extensive Microsoft.NET line-of-business development experience required • Extensive experience designing and implementing normalized relational database tables, views, stored procedures and user defined functions in a SQL Server 2008+ environment. • Extensive development experience using Visual Studio 2008 / .NET 3.5 or later required • Substantial experience with WPF and/or Silverlight 3+ (XAML) and WCF development required • Significant experience and preference for working in agile environment required. Ability to mentor existing staff on agile methodologies a plus. • Strong written and oral communication skills necessary for a high level of interaction with other members of the development team and product stakeholders during all stages of the development process required. Preferences: • Preference for expert VB.Net development, though C# will be seriously considered • Preference for extensive development experience using Visual Studio 2010 / .NET 4, preferably since early CTP releases. • Substantial experience with the design of state-of-the-art user interfaces using Expression Blend 3+ a plus • Preference for experience with object relational modeling using Entity Framework 4 queried via LINQ to Entities • Experience with a comprehensive third party control library such as ComponentOne Studio Enterprise, Infragistics NetAdvantage, Developer Express Dxperience or Telerik RadControls, with preference for Telerik RadControls. • Experience with source code management methods and best practices with a preference for SourceGear Vault. • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services strongly preferred and experience with Crystal Reports a plus. • Experience with design and implementation of analytical cubes for SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services a plus.
